I have watched the North Water series,6 times on the i player and do not tire of its characters and settings. My great grandfather, William Byford, was a ship's broker in Victorian days and a lifelong friend of Captain Wiggins who navigated the Arctic Sea in the mid 19th century. The superb acting and script conjure up the atmosphere of those times. I hope there will be a second series and a dvd release. More, please.
