This movie was quite possibly one of the worst movies I've seen recently purely because of how non sensical it is. Despite there being a fully new species of animal called a gremlin being introduced into this "alternate" universe, the rest of the story could have been somewhat realistic. Below is my ramblings from throughout the movie as I watched it. Take it as you like, but don't give me hate for my opinion. Didn't show anything other than Chloe grace Moretz for pretty much the entire flight portion of the movie. She would not be able to climb around on the wing that high up for nearly as long as she did. Like super human somehow. A literal explosion propelled her back into the plane. Who thought that would make any sense. Hilarious though. Why did beckell need his hat? They never went into that either. I hardly doubt the full 180 degree opposite nose dive would work because of gravity, you know? If you notice during the crash landing, the horribly acted sequence of them crashing while their in the cockpit. The CGI in the final fight was not great, either but it was hilarious to see this actress to just start beating up a gremlin to the brink of death. The surprise breast feeding at the end was I nice little "wait what" moment. There's nothing bad about showing it, I just wasn't expecting it.

Overall, I thought it was really enjoyable, but like most shows there are some slow parts. Each of the seasons has a new antagonist rather than coming to a climax at the end of three seasons like ATLA, which has its advantages and disadvantages. The story is more revolved around relationships and how the characters deal with one another. The show is also a lot more actiony because it comes to a climax every season, so there is always a big finale at the end of each season. It dives deeper into other subforms of bending as well as a lot of the show being based around the spirit world. There are also plenty of characters that are used for comedic relief. I would highly suggest you watch it, but it's kinda rocky to get into. The first season isn't great, but the other three go much more in depth with everything. If you like steampunk and the 1920's, that's kind of where the technology is at this point in the timeline. There are some very advanced tech in it, but it's a show so what do you expect, right? 8/10

This has got to be one of my favorite movies of all time! There is comedy, action, adventure, and an amazing story to go along with it. Some people might say it wasn't a great movie, but I think it was truly amazing. The soundtrack, the different settings, and the actors/actresses were all perfect to make this story interesting. I highly suggest this movie and would happily watch it hundreds of times!
