I love this book! Coming from an 8th grader. Its about friendships and family. I relate to Shannon a lot. I had a friend just like Adrienne in kindergarten ofc everything went down hill when we joined a group. More drama started happening. I also had someone very similar to jenny in my life. She was mean, a bully. I am still very tight with that friend now and even excepted the bully as she got nicer. Anyways, i reccomend this to 10+

I love this book because it reminds me of my self. I'm quiet and i love art. I'm also in middle school so i relate to it so much :). (8th grade) Its so weird cause i have the exact same hair as Emmie too it scares me Lmaoo. Anyways i read truly Tyler too and its just as good or even better.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! I love all the girl power. Lets normalize having a period. This book really shows the struggles of a teen and her period. I relate to Brit so much. Having your period at school is the worst and can totally ruin your day. The worst thing is explaining to a teacher why you have to bring your backpack to the bathroom or why you cant participate in gym coming from an 8th grader. I hope there will be another book! :)

I loved this book! I really relate to the main character and have similar friends too Shannon so I understand how she feels :)).
