I loved this series for a lot of reasons and though, yes we all love happy endings and romances, Deborah Harkness brought out some real and serious issues people face that weren't immature or should I say, teen-flick like in some other vamp-related books...
Yes, we had a chance to glance into the forbidden love bit, but also, the other challenges. The best part being the sense of family I got from it all...
