Possibly the worst war movie ever made. If this was the actual story, that's too bad. It really needed a boost of hollywood embellishment which it had none. The battle scenes were like watching kids pillow fight. Fairly certain that did not depict the brutality of WW1. The acting left little to desire. Characters were boring and non-chalant about everything. The movie ended with, "Thank you". It should have ended with "My apologies"!
