There is a saying in India 'Do ur Karma and put it in well' which basically means that work to ur fullest ability without thinking of personal benefits but rather for greater good. Bill is seen exactly following this (as per documentary). Great example for professionals and youngsters. And a bigger example for entrepreneurs(including me) that managing people, saving money, looking for full fledged & wholistic solutions, realistic approach, working hard and dedication have no alternative in business rather it be profit making entity or a philanthropic one.
