The overall structure of this movie is pretty bad. The movie is very choppy and too fast paced to really care about any of the characters or watch them develop except Morbius himself. You can really tell that this movie probably has upwards of 20 minutes removed from it. Many of the scenes and plot from the trailers have been removed. Not just the Spider-Man references but his whole dynamic with the police, as well as his former doctor. That being said, this was a very fun film to just shut your brain off and enjoy. The movie actually started very promising for about the first 20 minutes, but it began to fall apart from there unfortunately. I'm seeing a lot of critics criticizing the visuals and CGI which I really have to disagree with. I thought the visuals were done very well and the motion effect they use when Morbius is flying around or using his powers is very unique and looks straight out of a comic book. Additionally, Morbius himself is quite likeable and the film overall was entertaining enough. Overall, I'd give a 6-7/10 for the entertainment value, but a 3-4/10 for structure and storytelling.

This movie was the best theater experience I’ve ever had, which was previously endgame. I highly recommend watching all of the previous Spider-Man movies prior to watching this one to fully understand all of the backstories and references throughout the this one. Cons There were certainly a couple minor issues that I had with the movie such as reused scenes (idk the story behind that but I’m sure they had no other choice) and a bit of the story during the first act of the movie, but this didn’t take away from what I can certainly say is my favorite mcu movie of all time and may even beat out Spider-Man 2 as my favorite spidey movie. Pros Literally everything else. The emotional impact of peters actions are finally felt which had previously been somewhat absent in Tom Holland’s Spider-Man movie. The villains are handled very well and I love the interactions that they had throughout the movie. The movie really set up Peter to truly become a hero of his own and fully and truly earn the name Spider-Man; not only making me excited for the future but also making me see the arc that he had as a character through the other 2 mcu Spider-Man movies, making me appreciate them more.
