This is such an eye-opening documentary, very disturbing yet very informative. It's scary how my fellow Generation Zs are being controlled and shaped into the liking of what social media is shown to us. When a part of the documentary where Tristan said "How do you find a way out of the matrix if you don't know that you are in the matrix?" Watching this made me delete my social media and makes me want to go back to using a flip phone again.
