I saw that movie at a time when I was young but struggling in life, with doubt about how to build my life, so my critics Won't be 100 percent objective. At that point of time, the character of Junuh (played by Matt Damon) talked personally to myself. We have here a broken guy who has once been a great golf player and with the help of Bagger Vance (Will Smith) will start an initiatic trip in and out of himself to seek for the redemption through golf. The tempo of the movie is slow enough to captivate the viewer from the first to the last minute, Will Smith and Damon are playing their roles just well enough. In fact the strength of this movie is based on the dialogues (B. Vance:' Your hands are smarter than your head will ever be') and the breath taking music from Rachel Portman. Good movie on overall with iconic scenes. Anyway, I recommend it.
