Badla movie is nothing but scene to scene copy of spanish movie "Contratiempo". If you have watched the original, you will be surely disappointed with this one. I know it's a remake/adaptation or what not, but seriously why copy exactly? From the trailer itself it's quite visible that director has just cut and paste the entire movie.No single piece of innovation. If you have not watched the original than most probably you would love it (because it's rare of Bollywood to produce a masterpiece.) Whether you watch it or not, but I would suggest to watch the original once. You would surely realise it's not the "star" that makes a film hit but an "actor" who does it.
