This has the potential to be alright - some really poignant and uncomfortable content. However, it’s less than engaging, and I feel like it’s too ‘alternative’ to be an enjoyable read, if that makes sense? Nothing about it gripped me and, as someone who can’t start a book without finishing it, I was terribly glad when this finally ended and I could move on to something more suited to my tastes!
