I'm only on episode 8 but I'm excited to see what happens in the finale. I feel a love triangle is imminent between Fire Deity, Jin Mi and Night Deity as is the Chinese drama signature act. I fell in love with Chinese drama series after watching Eternal Love aka 10 000 Miles of Peach Blossoms and Princess Agents. Before that, I was big on Korean drama series which I must say are pretty terrific, if you've watched Jewel in the Korean Palace, Sad love story and Love Alarm you'll agree with me. The music, magic, Chinese dressing and actors' performances are impressive. If you haven't watched Ashes of Love yet, check it out. You won't be disappointed.
