Really enjoyed this film, though not going to be the total classic that was 'the shining ', it entertains from start to end credits. Very good use of special effects without overdoing, it as do some films, and thoughtful casting. A few scary bits and a damn disturbing scene of a child murder, that was absolutely necessary for the storyline. Will watch it again and definitely buy the bluray.

Good old war film, not packed with action. Based on a true story. First saw it as a young boy in the 70's. Worth watching .. . Got some good actors on it too!

Most excellent film. Atmospheric to say the least. Some great directing from Polanski . Imported it from the US on blu ray because i liked it so much.

Good film, you can't look away for a minute! Leaves you thinking and asking yourself questions the next day and that ,my friends, is the sign of a well told story!!
