Great book to have I have learned so much from it and have switched her o e of my meds the drs gave me (including pain meds) over to herbs and they work and I feel so much better...I bought a copy for all 3 of my sons as well as my best friend for her birthday...would highly recommend it....I also love the emails you get featuring an herb each email..I couldn't be happier
