Good acting. Timeline is a little off. 25 years later would make her a bit old for grad school. Interesting dynamic.

A little too predictable. A lot like Rizzoli and Isles with a twist. Like the actors portrails of their roles. Sad only 2 seasons.

Your overview is incorrect as are a few of who's who in the cast. Found the storyline gripping and we'll acted. Assume her child is a product of the father's rape. Very sad story but possibly could have been true considering the religious zealots of that era. Today's zealots aren't any better, especially in the cults and closeted polygamy sects.
