Loved it! Excellent casting & held my interest - even though I am a senior citizen & it's meant for a teenage audience . It was wonderful to hear young people speaking Engish without any swearing. TOP MARKS!

Awesome movie: It struck me as never before how one man brought horror and misery to the world. How easily he destroyed hopes, dreams, lives and stoked the fires of evil. It also struck me that human beings have deep wells of courage. Defiance is the right name for this movie. It is a trait I now view from a different perspective. The Bielski brothers were heroic. Talk about 'the right stuff'! The actors playing them were stunningly real...

Bruce Lee is the master. I like to watch a master at work.

Awesome. Aretha Franklin song topped it off. I also found the scene in which Maj. Payne's attempt at a bedtime story exposed one aspect (flash back) of PTSD authentic... The movie made me wish I could go to Payne Camp. Yes - glad I watched it.. Thanks.
