I know they can't copy the books, but I think more time should be given to staying true to the books than trying to change characters to be"modern" and"inclusive". Example: Suane Sanche and Moraine. They are friends from early years at Tar Valon, not lovers.. why change the narrative???
Also, complete deviation from the books... Too much of this and it's very distracting from the enjoyment..
