A bad sequel
The plot is half developed no structure no crescendo
The fight scenes are bad , so sloppy
The animation sequence are bad, so fake
The makeup is bad,
Keanu is uninspiring
The only thing that would be worth pursuing, if a next sequel is planned, is exploring IO city and human - machine interdependence
