This film is one ofmy favorites of all time.. It is emotional, tough, swash-bucklling and has a fun happy ending. Most of all it depicts life in the small towns of the American Southwest in a realistic and authentic way.. The cast is terrific, the setting is magnificent, and it exhibits human determination and basic values in sensitive manner. In addition the plot is clearly understandable and it evolves toward a successful and happy conclusion. It also has great music by Ryan Biingham and others. I have watched it many times and I always wind up smiling.
