Phenomenal movie. The people who rate this poorly simply allowed the symbolism and context spoon fed to you the entire film, to go flying over their heads. This movie may disappoint people who are looking for a basic zombie movie, but this film takes it further and truly implants a sense of empathy/emotion/compassion inside of you from start to finish. I walked out of the theatre ghostly, not because any which scene or ending, but because of the anxiety, fear and death you felt like you lived through. The ending was silly, but it was purposeful in waking you from the trance you’re in for 2 hours. Every detail is perfectly placed with reason and thought. Just because they don’t verbally tell you every detail doesn’t mean it’s none-sense. There’s a media literacy gap between those who rate this 5 stars and 1.
