I always record Panorama so I will not miss it. I have just watched the programme about missing post. My Birthday is December 8th and over the last few years my cards have been delayed due to Christmas post. This time my son sent his card by 1st class post as did my nephew who shares my birthday. They have still not arrived. In early January I was sent tickets for an event, that have still not arrived. I had to contact the organiser to arrange for the staff on the door to allow us in on the day. Your programme was good but did not cover post that does not arrive. Could temporarily staff be responsible? I sent all my important post 2nd class and all arrived safely.
