I play on PS5. Game stutters on open world. I picked The Lord sign only to later find out that this is causing 100% extra degradation to armor. I've played Bathesda games for a long time and yes you expect bugs but not ones so bad that I don't want to play the game.
2k puts out buggy products like Civ VII and WWE 2k series but at least there is some communication. The customer service will actually acknowledge whether something is getting listed as a bug to fix in an upcoming patch. This game is more like loaning someone money and them ghosting you.
