I like the sci-fi premise of the series. NGL, with the kind of premise it has if it's a theatre movie coming out i would have checked it out. That pretty much it has to offer. The story faced the same old netflix treatment of propelling the plot with drama/personal connections. It's just bad writing even from drama writers they hired for every effing projects must have known that this is not realistic at all. Also, let me warn you right here for those seeking original medium thinking it's had to be better. No! The book has even worse writing. Cringeworthy! you have been warned! Best way to consume this, from the bottom of my heart, go watch recap videos on youtube and save your precious time for something else. Or let the netflix adaptaion runs in background while you do something. That works too. Also, on the Hugo Awards thing. Very unprofessional for them to award this novel winning place. CCP over did it this time and fool the while world. Shame on everyone involved. What a corruption.
