This is Studio Ghibli's 1st 3D CGI full feature movie it was pretty good. This movie is targeted almost exclusively for children and kids at heart. I can understand why some reviewers gave negative reviews because of the CGI and the simple plotline but again this is a kids movie. To me the CGI is way better than anything Disney of DreamWorks makes and I am looking forward to future endeavors in this medium from Ghibli. If your looking for an intense plot driven movie like Princess Mononoke or Howl's moving castle this is not your movie. If you like a cute kids movie with magic ansd music that does not make your ears bleed (looking at you Disney lol) this is the movie for you! A great family night movie!
