Alright I never watch movies, and never write reviews. So it means it's FANTASTIC for me to be sitting here writing a review. I hate movies / don't have time to watch them and I'm really freakin busy with work, I get bored and fall asleep and usually only watch the first half. I watched this movie in full THREE TIMES. Seriously. I have been so down during Covid with job security, health issues etc ... and I have not smiled and laughed this much in so long. I had a huge smile across my face almost the entire movie and it was so needed. The characters are so lovable, the songs are so catchy ( I still have some stuck in my head weeks later ). The song along is just incredible and I am still trying to figure out how they filmed all of that. It's such a ride. I cannot begin to understand what type of personality hates this movie. The low ratings are weird.. ignore them lol. Dan Stevens is amazing and such a surprise antagonist that you don't want to hate at all. I absolutely love that he is using his instagram account to bring social issues in Russia to light. Huge applause to him for going beyond his character and making such an impact.
