Was looking forward to Fitzgerald's perspective on urban planning but instead of solutions or expanded thought, I found only cynicism and unfounded idolation of midcentury modernism. I found the negativity of the book of unbearable. Movements or concepts he disagrees with are introduced not on their merits and flaws but on the worst dirt he could find on their authors.
Pointless.
