Slow and meandering but worth it in the end. Incredible cast alternating between some really affecting character work and chewing scenery like crazed weevils. Berserk and loony, full of heart and an important history lesson that doesn't get near enough exposure.

I watched this movie purely because my high school was named after Dag Hammarskjold and I didn't really know anything about him.. It turned out to be one of the most important films I've ever seen, it really explains a lot about how the world actually works.
