I own over 100 of Patterson's books, including all of the Alex Cross' series, so it's difficult for me to give this book only 2 stars. This has got to be the worse book in the series. To begin with, the title has absolutely nothing to do with the book. No one is chasing him, nor is he even being threatened. Secondly, they chose to involve every everyone in his family, save his eldest son. That meant that there was a storyline for Nana Mama, Bree, Janine & even young Ali. It was all too confusing.
