Phone service is very poor as compared to years back. Machines do not work as intended.
Phone reps want you send in and pay after warranty of 1 year. My Bravia mopping does not work and they had me buy a new resivor which did not solve the problem, but they could not care any less. Tried to talk with supervisor, but they say they work unsupervised???
