Lisa Frankenstein was so quirky ! It made me laugh out loud and then in the next instant, caused me to feel squeamish. The Lead actress was outstanding! She will cause you to fall in love with a murderer. Performance by the Actor, who plays the mute statue who returns from the grave, fell short for me. I wanted to fall in love with the character, but just couldn’t get there. I don’t know why? Only reason I have is that the character just feels too cliche. Overall, I liked the movie, as did my 16 year old niece, but I felt like some element was missing and I couldn’t put my finger on what that was ? Like, I loved the main character, loved her delivery , loved costumes, music, story line/concept, but it was just Meh, I liked it, but Meh …. Know what I mean ?
