A Queen of the Damned rip-off, but without LeStadt and with the Queen of the Damned being some weirdo Irish guy. Also, there's these twins and one of them becomes a vampire. But, you know, human twin stakes vampire twin, and it's no big deal. Then the vampires commit mass suicide for no reason other than weirdo Irish musical vampire wanted to cosplay being a preacher and baptizing/murdering/turning a random guitar player - his talents were being hidden by his pastor dad, so weirdo Irish vampire decides to unleash his talents by doing some reverse psychology, or something. There are many much better movies exploring race relations, or involving music. This is a "what in the actual f*** did I just watch?"
