This film was irritating on a lot of fronts. The background music was playing during the dialogue and was so loud it was often difficult to hear what was being said. There were scenes that were confusing, unexplained and inconsistent. There were scenes of Edison in a chemistry laboratory with flasks of chemicals. That would not have been suitable for his type of science - the development of a kinematograph - film projector. That would have required a machine shop with lathes, drills and iron-working equipment. What was the point of the map with the light bulbs in that was not shown to anybody? I didn't understand all the issues with Edison's financial backers. It was fast talking, fast moving, but still boring.
