I absolutely loved this movie. It was so tastefully done. I'm sure up until now people were unaware of the events that unfolded in this movie. I was brought to tears several times in the telling of the story. This was a very great accomplishment by this group of black women. Well done Tyler Perry for this production I also loved how at the end of the movie there were some facts about the lives of some of the people involved. It was certainly awe inspiring. A show of respect for the role that Oprah played. There were truly some great acting on the part of these actors. Exemplary movie!

I found this movie disgusting, bordering on pornographic!! Watched only a few minutes before turning it off. Drugs & smoking also presented as "okay" behaviour. Come on really!! Didn't even deserve a one star.

I loved this movie. Especially the final song "Calling all Angels." It was a very emotionally moving storyline. Sad ending though.
