The story is funny. Its easy to read just one line dialogues and my 6 yr old enjoyed reading the book on his own. This was the very first book he read on his own. We as parents are super happy to see him read on his own!! Just one thing, if the book is meant for little kids there should have been a little less use of shortcut words like I'd, I've, etc. being used would have made it more easier for kids to read.
