Just watched an REI screening of this movie & was a little blown away. One of the better mountain films I’ve seen in the last 5 years. This became more than just an adventure film about summiting some distant hard to reach peak. It’s about the relationships that form when people experience the outdoors together. You can feel that the bonds between the Whitaker’s & Kennedy’s were deep. This is a special film.
