A morally reprehensible book that essentially asks the reader to be a dishonest, manipulative sociopath. Carnegie fails to help improve people's approach to social interaction in the very title. A friend is not someone to be "won." Carnegie's understanding of friendship is a horrifyingly detached and capitalistic/Randian one. Would not recommend. Only selfish libertarians and corporatists would enjoy this books.
