After the publicity that surrounded the film prior to its release I was expecting something special. I found the film extremely disappointing so much so that I left at the interval. So I am unable to comment on the second part but can only hope that the film improved. The film was difficult to follow, the dialogue hard to pick up and the story unremarkable and quite sordid in parts. The characters such as played by Guy Pierce were very badly portrayed and unconvincing such that my attention was not held at all. Overall I was quite relieved to leave and cannot offer any positive feedback.
