I really enjoyed the first movie, so I was excited for the sequel — but unfortunately, Another Simple Favor completely missed the mark. I’m someone who loves Lifetime movies and can usually find something to enjoy in almost anything, but this one was weird, disjointed, and honestly kind of boring. The storyline felt like a hodgepodge of random plot threads thrown together with no real payoff. Even the styling was distracting — the hair was so frizzy and unkempt in some scenes, it actually made it hard to watch. Overall, a disappointing follow-up to a fun original. Anna Kendrick Is still a boss though and her acting never disappoints!! She kept me watching this movie till the end.
