I love historical dramas, but absolutely hate the inaccuracies in this series. Interesting enough, Ragnar is the hero of this saga but Rollo is actually the more interesting character as he is the ancestor of the present British Monarchy. Rollo who ruled Normandy was the Great Great Great Grandfather of William The Conqueror.

Love this series and cannot wait for season 4. It has a real balanced portrayal of the Saxons and the Danes. You neither hate nor despise either group but receive a view of both groups - the good and the bad.

I loved this show and cannot believe that it is cancelled.
