This movie only proves that A24 films are horrible in every way. I’ve never watched an A24 movie and felt even close to content—or understood why anyone else would enjoy one. I can’t believe Andrew Garfield acted in this, and no wonder Topher Grace was made up to be unrecognizable. If you’re thinking about watching this movie, don’t. You’d probably be happier drinking a bottle of laxative and taking a BlueChew. That said, if there’s still a small part of you that wants to watch it, do yourself a favor and play it at 10x speed so you don’t feel like you wasted 2.5 hours of your life.
