This series is so sad and a must-watch as Americans watched this disaster take place on our televisions, which was so moving. Sadly, it played out the way it did, and one can only hope that in the future, cities like this - below sea level and in the path of hurricanes will have a better response plan to help victims. So sad, but yes! This is America!
