Right now, no RPGs matched The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's content, quality, and, of course, mod-friendliness. It'll probably be the best RPG of all time, at least until Elder Scrolls VI comes out (assuming that it can surpass or at least be as good as Skyrim).
