Probably the worst novel I have read. Could not get through it quickly enough. Very little character development and only two critical events, coming at rhe beginning and end of over 500 pages. The rest is a broad brush flyover third party narrative of several years' events, few of which were relevant to the primary issue. Do not read this book.
