This was one of the most epic cartoon shows I grew up watched as a kid. It had everything; action, comedy, scifi, suspense, etc. It was an amazingly well-done reboot of the classic Johnny Quest series from the 1960s, but set in a modern (1990's) setting. While the virtual reality segments are horribly outdated, this is without a doubt one of the most underrated cartoons of the 1990s and deserves so much more attention than it has gotten. This would be an excellent candidate for a movie or Netflix-style reboot so that kids today can get a taste of the epic cartoons we grew up with in the 1990s and early 2000s.
