The panel was unaware of current realities when they had the discussion on gender fluidity and inclusion of pronoun "they." Frankly I was rather appalled at the ignorance displayed during this broadcast. One of the panelists used the term "hermaphrodite" which is no longer in use, the term now used is "intersex," and the other term is considered discriminatory. The current medical and psychological wisdom is that surgical intervention is not ok for mental, physical or emotional health of an intersex child. Let the child choose or remain intersex when old enough to decide. Please do some research and get current on these issues. Much harm has been done with surgical and social intervention being forced on these individuals. Other than this complaint, I believe this is such an excellent show and always watch.
