This is actually so awful, I cannot even tell you how disappointing this is to see.
I have loved and treasures this story only to have it be ruthlessly butchered, soulessly, and what was so special and unique and poignant about this world reduced to stereotypes, mischaracterisation, horrible writing and a director who obviously couldnt give 2 flying fffks for the source material.
My cat has vomited up better material than whatever the hell this is.
