Awful, simply awful. I have been a nurse for many, many years. It is apparent that the writers had zero input from front line nurses. I was appalled. Day One orientation without preceptors, sending Day One orientees to the ICU, Labor and Delivery when they had no experience. Nurse Ratchett in charge. Nurses giving meds witthout orders. I could go on but I think you get the idea that this show is BAD. I was sooo excited for this new show and shut it off after 15 -20 minutes. Please pull this show immediately.
