This film is extremely unsatisfying to watch. It doesn't bring about horror or terror ... Maybe grief? Maybe sadness? The climax of the film happens 5 minutes before the end of it, and you're left wondering if any of it needed to happen to reach the resolution or not. The lead actress' character only mildly evolves, the rest of the characters basically parish in their place. In terms of plot, there's definitely a good opening scene to help the viewer understand that the family will be 'all alone now'... And then sad and bad things happen, over and over again until you find out why... at the very end ... right before the credits roll.
Nah. Skip it.
