I loved the Start Today Sequence she's great at what she does with the exercise ! I am 63 I walk 18 miles a week or bike and I practice QGong the only thing I would recommend before any stretch or new exercise ...spend about 15 mins
Doing Breath Work and flexing of hands ,wrists, arms, shoulders and do the same with feet ,legs, stomach, neck and head ... we do this in QGong before any form of total body workout. This allows a rhythmic flow of O2 and Blood circulation.
Once this is done any exercise as exhibited by the wonderful people at NBC becomes very natural and easy.
