This is the second modern Japanese movie I've ever seen (the first one was Shin Godzilla). Truly this is a 100/10. Everything in the movie is perfect, it's a cocktail of patriotism, heroism, tragedy, action, and romance. The actors, especially Kamiki Ryunosuke adds many layers and subtleties to his character. Truly a legendary actor with a well crafted and nuanced character who has to face with shame, tragedy, and vengeance. Seriously I haven't seen a movie this good, and I don't expect to see such a movie again. I recommend everyone watch this movie, it will seriously change your perception of theatre and cinematography.
